Building soft skills with "Yes, and"

We empower teams to navigate workplace dynamics with confidence and adaptability.

At work, play has been found to speed up learning, enhance productivity and increase job satisfaction. Our workshops use informative and fun improv exercises to increase motivational levels to accelerate participants' learning and retention.

Workshops are for organizations who want to:

  1. Build a stronger team

  2. Learn new brainstorming methods

  3. Reward your team

  4. Offer a fun way to upskill your workforce

  5. Build the soft skills of current & future leaders

We custom build the workshop to fit the needs of your conference, event or team.

Listening is not merely hearing. Listening is reacting. Listening is being affected by what you hear. Listening is active.

"This workshop and exercise was way outside of my comfort zone, initially I wanted it to be over in 15 minutes (not knowing what's ahead is scary, especially when something is so far outside of your wheelhouse). But as time went on, the discomfort started to lessen making it easier and easier to be fully engaged and embrace the workshop activities and be open to what the workshop was intended to teach us."

"Mandi's improv session immersed a room full of professionals, teaching us to utilize improv techniques for a smoother workplace environment. What started as a silent 9:00 am room quickly became a room full of chatter, and many connections were made while learning these skill sets. Cheers to Mandi!"
